really believe that being adventurous in a safely controlled environment
can work wonders for self esteem and confidence if handled
appropriately.

people just thinking about caves or heights can bring them out in a
rash, but if they can challenge that fear within a supportive and
understanding group then the experience can be life enhancing.

by choice is our overriding mantra and no-one is forced to do anything
that they really object to, but when fears are discussed and
acknowledged with openness and honesty then it can often lead to an
amazing transformation in the individuals outlook.
