- Fun
is an essential part of what we are all about. Being happy builds our
own self esteem and in a team environment encourages social bonding. If
we are having fun, even while doing an activity that would normally
scare us, we are much more likely to challenge that fear and replace it
with a more confident and positive attitude.

- I
want all my clients, whether business delegates, hen/stag parties,
family groups or school children, to
be happy and successful. My activities are tailored to suit the clients
age, expertise and ability so that success can be achieved and built
upon. This is not to say that you don't have to work for it, but groups
are taught to plan for and expect to succeed, rather than fail at their
first attempt.

finally I want my clients to be happy, not just happy with my courses,
but really happy with all aspects of their lives. During the activities
I can also find time to discuss happiness and how we can set goals to
enable us to achieve happiness and fulfillment.
