I really believe that being adventurous in a safely controlled environment can work wonders for self esteem and confidence if handled appropriately.

For some people just thinking about caves or heights can bring them out in a rash, but if they can challenge that fear within a supportive and understanding group then the experience can be life enhancing.

 

Challenge by choice is my overriding mantra and no-one is forced to do anything that they really object to, but when fears are discussed and acknowledged with openness and honesty then it can often lead to an amazing transformation in the individuals outlook.

 

We can discuss perceived risk and real risk in an environment where one can look just like the other. Goal setting is encouraged from the outset and many life coaching ideas and ideals are introduced during the activities such as active listening, modeling and rapport.
