Hen Parties and Stag Parties - Outdoor Activities in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean, and the Wye Valley

Hen Parties and Stag Parties

Hen parties, stag parties and outdoor activities equals loads of fun. If you want something different for your hen party or stag party to do then why not try our outdoor activities.

We operate in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley; offering rock climbing, abseiling, high ropes, caving, gorge walking and survival training, and if you want to be on the water then you can go canoeing or raft building. We can also arrange to bring our activities to you, so your hen or stag party can compete in our Team Challenge Event at the accommodation where you are staying.

We offer discount rates for any hen party or stag party that is booking outdoor activities and we can also recommend great accommodation that will cater for you in the luxury and style that you expect, including heated indoor swimming pools and very comfy beds.

All our outdoor activities are run with qualified, experienced instructors who are particular chosen for having a good sense of humour and an understanding of what hen parties and stag parties want from their outdoor activities.

Please have a look at all the different activity pages on this site to see which outdoor activities would suit your party best, and if you have any questions at all then contact me (Michael Downey) anytime.

And if outdoor activities seem too strenuous then we can run a "Team Challenge Event" where your hen party or stag party is split into teams with each team competing against each other by solving puzzles, problems and challenges. These can be anything from launching eggs as far as possible using some very basic equipment to getting a message from out of an impossibly thin tube without touching the tube.

The Latest Session

Sallys Hen Party

The weather was fantastic for November and the event all hung on the last activity (Crocodile Frenzy) which was won by just 3 seconds. A really fun group who went for it from start to finish.

Dave's Stag Party   Manchester

The canoe trip was excellent and everyone really enjoyed it.
It was just the right kind of activity to involve something with a bit
of physical effort, a very picturesque location, great pub and most
importantly, a good degree of banter between the group! The other thing
that people commented on was that following the initial briefing you
very much left us to do our own thing safe in the knowledge that we were
all big and ugly enough to know not to drown ourselves (although Billy
obviously had a couple of attempts at that)!

Thanks again.

Dave

Simon and The Stags

Everyone in our party had an excellent time both climbing and doing the survival training.

It was a real joy to spend the whole day out of doors for a change.

Thanks for the rabbits. We really enjoyed them on Saturday night. I look forward to

receiving the photos.

Lee's Hen Party

I thought the Team Challenge in the morning was great and I loved every minute of it.
It really woke everyone up and it was great seeing everyone mixing in
together forming good bonds. Everyone was raving on about it
afterwards.

Sarahs party choose to do a Team Challenge Event at their accommodation in Upperfields Farm. The sun shone and it was great fun watching them compete against the clock and each other.

Mikes Stag Party

I found Michael's page when I had to last minute find an alternative venue for my Stag Party when my best man forgot to book hotel rooms in Bristol. The chance of doing some canoeing and survival training appealed to me, since it is something I always wanted to try. Michael was great showing us how to use the canoes, and we spent the morning canoeing down the River Wye. After a spot of lunch and some liquid refreshments!, we headed off to the woods to skin rabbits, build shelters, and were showed how to start a fire. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for something alternative to do for a Stag/Hen do, that doesn't involve all day drinking!
